An Evolutionary Perspective of Weakening of Y Chromosomes through Male Attitude to Females Introduction The Y chromosome the marker defining masculinity is shrinking steadily. Having lost thousands of genes over millions of years, probably it will vanish someday, a prospect raising debates about how this may eventually affect males' physicals and behavior. Testosterone, a hormone under the control of male gonads, testes, is integral to all those traits considered by convention to be masculine and thus encompassing physical strength, competitiveness, and dominance.   ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ ની ગુણવત્તા અને નેતૃત્વ: એક અભિગમ ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ ની જયારે પણ વાત નીકળે ત્યારે તેમાં સુધારા ના નામે અખતરાઓ વધુ છે. અને જ્યાં સુધી મારું માનવું છે કે ભારત માં અને ગુજરાત ના શિક્ષણ માં વિદ્યાર્થી ના લાભ ના નામ હેઠળ સુધારા ના નામે જેટલા અખતરા ઓ થયા હશે તેટલા કોઈ પણ વિકાસશીલ દેશ માં નહિ થયા હોય. અને કમનસીબે તેનો ભોગ વિદ્યાર્થી જ બને છે. આ અખતરાઓ આંગળી ના વેઢે ગણી શકાય તેમ છે, જેવા કે બારમાં ધોરણ ની પરીક્ષા પદ્ધતિ માં વારેઘડીએ ફેરફાર, કોલેજ ના CBCS માં અનેક વિસંગતતાઓ, અભ્યાસક્રમો માં વિસંગતતાઓ, RTE ના બહાના હેઠળ કોઈપણ પ્રકારની પૂર્વ તૈયારી વિના, અને ધારાધોરણ વગર નવી કોલેજો શરુ કરવાની હોડ. પશ્ચિમી દેશોની શિક્ષણ નીતિઓ નું આંધળું અનુકરણ. બેશક, સારી બાબતો સ્વીકારીને આપણે ગુણવત્તામાં સુધારો કરી શકીએ, પરંતુ ભારત માં આ સુધારો કાગળ પર કરવા માં આવે છે. તેને લગતા ઈન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર અને માનવ સંશાધન ઉપલભ્ધ કરાવવામાં પછી ઠાગાઠૈયા હોય છે. દરેક બાબત માં ક્ષતિઓ રહી જાય છે, ઉચ્ચ શિક્ષણ નો અમલ જયારે વિદ્યાર્થી સુધી પહોચે ત્યારે તે અનેક તબ્બકાઓ માંથી પસાર થાય છે. તેના માટે જવાબદાર છે, નેતૃત્વ.! ...
