Poem: In the town of learning, where heritage stands tall,

Image
In the town of learning, where heritage stands tall, I came to serve, to answer education's call. With earnest efforts, I toiled day and night, To elevate our institution's radiant light.   In the pursuit of excellence, I did aspire, To make our alma mater a beacon, a pyre. Yet amidst the quest for academic fame, Honesty, alas, became a forgotten flame.   Mischief and trickery now hold sway, Granting privileges, leading us astray. But in this moment of turmoil and plight, It's time to stand, to salvage what's right.   Let's rally together, our values uphold, In the face of dishonesty, let truth unfold. For the sanctity of education, we must fight, To reclaim our institute's rightful sight.   In this great heritage, let integrity reign, For only then can we truly attain, The pinnacle of excellence, pure and true, In a premier institution, old and anew.

Why Are People Unhappy?

Why Are People Unhappy? In an age of unparalleled connectivity, one might assume that happiness is abundant. However, the reality often contrasts this assumption. Despite technological advancements and increased opportunities, a pervasive sense of unhappiness persists among many individuals. Several factors contribute to this phenomenon. Social Comparison: Social media's omnipresence has birthed a culture of comparison, fuelled feelings of inadequacy and fostering unrealistic expectations. Materialism: The relentless pursuit of material possessions as a benchmark for success has overshadowed the importance of emotional and mental well-being. Stress and Overwhelm: Modern lifestyles, characterized by hectic schedules and constant multitasking, contribute to stress, anxiety, and a sense of being overwhelmed. The Happiness Index: India's placement in the happiness index is 126 in 2023. It reflects a mix of societal, economic, and cultural factors. While the nation boas

Every cloud has a silver lining.

“Every cloud has a silver  lining. ”   In a world where dreams take root and soar, There lies a glorious legacy, we adore, A beacon of knowledge, a temple of light, Where minds are sculpted, taking flight.   Made bright futures for many, it has done, A place where aspirations meet the sun, I, too, am a high witness to its tale, A journey of growth, where we all set sail.   Yet, in the realm of life's uncertain ways, A sudden change in navigation’s blaze, we found ourself adrift, lost in the tide, As the legacy’s image began to slide.   Downgrading, they said, our name now stained, A once-pristine reputation, now strained, But in the midst of darkness, despair's abyss, A ray of hope emerged, a moment of bliss.   Like a silver line on a cloud so gray, Promising a brighter, renewed day, In the face of adversity, we shall stand tall, Rebuild the legacy, for we can conquer all.   For this glorious legacy, our beacon of might,

The Inefficient Boss: Directing the Threats of Office Politics

Image
The Inefficient Boss:  Directing the Threats of Office Politics In some institutions, there is one boss who seems to defy all expectations by remaining in a position of authority despite their inefficiency. These individuals often rely on playing office politics to maintain their status, leaving their subordinates frustrated and the organization's productivity compromised. Such bosses have dynamical faces like chameleon. Inefficient bosses are those who struggle to perform their job responsibilities effectively. They might lack the necessary skills, experience, or motivation to lead a team efficiently. Yet, they manage to adhere to their positions, with their adeptness at playing office politics. This involves engaging in manipulative tactics, building alliances, spreading lies and using their influence to protect their position within the Institute. A boss who insists on overseeing every minor detail of a project but consistently fails to meet deadlines or deliver quality

If I leave

If I leave my institution Will my students call me even if I can’t recognize them? If I leave my institution Will my students say, we will miss you. If I leave my institution Will my colleagues call me back for good company? If I leave my institution Will my colleagues be happy when I come to meet them? If I leave my institution Will my orderly bow down to greet me? If I leave my institution Will my steps walk back to words to institution again? Do I know what happen?  when I leave my institution? Education Policy Requirements: Part 1 Student Management

Everyone likes the epics of Treta and Dwapar Yuga. Because in Ramayana and Mahabharata, there is an implementation of policy on every occasion, even in the iniquity seen in Ramayana there is a shadow of policy and discipline, but in Mahabharata planned immorality can be seen, so whenever we lose our morality, we can escape under the examples of epics for our convenience, called practical approach  in the Kali Yuga. At present, family, society, organization, government etc. have their own policy. School and higher education policy is always planned by the central government. Even now a new education policy has been implemented, just formality it to say.
